In a few of the emails we send out I ask this question:

"What is the number one thing that's keeping you from trying In-Person Sales?"

I just got two replies in a row with the same exact answer, so I figured I'd jump over here and share my answer.

The reply was, essentially, this:

"I don't know where to start. There are too many options - products, labs, processes - it's just too overwhelming. How do I ever choose???"

And my response was this:

You just do. Just pick something and go.

Make it work. Then make it better.

If you wait and wait until the timing is just right and you've chosen all of the perfect products, you'll be waiting forever.

Just choose something, get running and make changes as you go. In fact, it's much easier to make small tweaks as you go than it is to overhaul everything all at once.

So get started, find your groove and get used to the process. Learn what it feels like to talk to your clients about this kind of stuff. Get a couple of quick wins. Then make it better.
